Ihave a 1.5 TD and it has been exellent, 50 mpg i will keep it till it falls apart if i live that long.

I just went out and bought a T reg 1 letre trip. With me only passing my test last week, I really wanted to buy one, as I learned in 1. I paid £2850 for it, which was a bargin, but the only thing is, it hasn't got power sterring in it, so im finding it hard, as I learned in a corsa with power sterring. But apart from that, I think its a great car.

I OWN THE 1.2 8V CORSA 93 LREG I HAVE OWEND THE CAR FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS AND I HAVE FOUND IT TO BE A VERY CHEAP CAR TO RUN SPARES FUEL ECONAMY I LOVE THE CAR AND I WILL KEEP IT FOR MANY YEARS TO COME

I owned a 1993 (L reg) 1.2 GLS Vauxhall Corsa for two and a half years. Sadly just before Christmas it was involved in an accident, and has subsequently been written off.
However, as a car I thoroughly recommend it. Even with the 1.2 engine it was very nippy, and had an excellent smooth ride. The instruments were well laid out, and it was a real pleasure to drive. Despite being nine years old, it was in good order, and its styling was thorougly modern.
The down side with this car was replacing warn out parts, and I spent quite a bit servicing the car. However, despite this overall I was very pleased with it, and would happily get another Corsa in the future.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE I have had it for 3 years, done 22,000 miles & EVERYTHING has gone wrong including a Blown Head Gasket, Broken ECU, Broken Accelerator pedal, Electrical Faults (LOTS)etc atc etc.. It is a 1996 1.4 4 Door car & the handling is DIRE. I used to own a Nova which was MUCH better at everything
