Bought my Maxima in '02 - Parkers Online gave it the thumbs up for reliability & comfort but said it had no street cred (true) I've still got it & I'll keep it until it falls apart. Its comfortable, roomy, RELIABLE & still in good nick. My mileage is now over 100K and the engine is as sweet as when I bought it.

Excellent reliabity.Comfortable and well equipped.Expensive parts and servicing , however this is very much offset by cheap purchase of used examples , particularly at auction , because of its unfashionable badge.In short-smooth engine/transmission , pleasure to drive , and not a target for thieves (the badge).100,000 hard miles on very bumpy Irish roads and the only failure was a set of front shocks at 80k , starter brushes at 90k. Recommended.
