I love the shape of the 92 clio,I dont like the newer models. I find it easy to drive and it holds the road like glue and goes like a bat out of hell with its single point injection which is just as good as multi point!.I managed to get my 1.8 rt for £580 with 13 months mot and 4 months tax.Its in good condition and im going to spend some money on it. Im thinking of getting a k&n air filter 57i induction kit,some alloys,and a rear spoiler. Overall i love this car. If you see one going for the right price its definetly worth the money. It impresses the girls and shocks people when you take em on straights. Ive only just had it so ive had no problems so far.
I agree - I bought a '92 model last year for £1100 and it hasn't put a foot wrong in 25,000 miles. Handling is excellent, and the looks of confusion on people's faces when you overtake them is priceless. Find one if you can.
I useally woudn't have one of these but when you've driven this beast of car your want one as well. The acceleration is expectional and handlying is superb. The only snack is there are not many of these around. The 1.4 is very common but the 1.8 is in short demand. The specifaction is unbelieveable including ABS, Electric Windows, Sunroof, Alarm, Central Locking, Sport Seats and a few more. If you can get one your a lucky man as I know I woudn't part with mine for anything.

I owned one of these a few years back and have just got a Williams 2 and the RT is a shoker compared to the Williams, the handling is nothing in comparison, yes the pick up is good but when you've driven the Williams, or even the Rsi or 16v you'll see what you're missing - not a bad car though!
