The Jaguar 21 is a great all rounder - it is relatively fast, very responsive and easy to to sail but does have the basic accommodation for weekends away. For someone moving up from dinghies it is a good choice. With the lift keel it can be trailed with a large family car or 4x4
i have an old jag21 1982ish, it had a small leak in the hull when i got it and the keel was stuck down. i have managed to repare the keel but still cant find the small leak....any ideas
Agree with previous review - our Jaguar has had to have the keel/hull joint repaired this lay-up. Advice to new owners would be to reef in early to ease the weather helm.

As a second hand owner of an old Jaguar, I have had to refurbish the keel, and the sealent between the inner and outer shells is gradually deteriorating. However seems a strong and fairly fast boat with advantages of the lifting keel. Accomodation is well designed within the size.
