First car I had was an Austin Princess 125 was reg 1947 ,I was 13 at the time and cars were lying everywhere all left by troops and airmen you could get a car just to take away, we drove in old farm roads and in fields what I liked about it was the large chrome headlamps and the glass partition between driver and my parents in rear they spoke to me by a handphone that fitted in side, I didnt have that long and swopped it for a V8 Pilot but that was gutsy on petrol and swapped that for a ?
