this was my second sailboat, bought her after I've been clubracing in the first 8 class during 3 years. She's a fast girl, specially entertaining at 4-5 bft, needs 2 bft to startoff under spinnaker, sails like a racing boat, but with no lack of comfort inside, good deck lay-out, except for the cabin height ( compagnonway area),compared to the deck who I would have preferred a big lifting hatch to increase height when moored.
excellent smal family cruiser with adjustable draft and a reasonable average buying cost of 'round 10000 pounds.

Pros:

very good and forgiving sailboat, very good in light winds,amazing comfort for an older 24 ft model, ideal starter boat

Cons:

the cabin height takes the helmsman's view a bit away, I didn't find major cons on this boat.
