Bought for £200 from a mate. i wanted a bike when I was 16, didn't get one till I was 20. This was my 1st.
I was into custom bikes, (BSH reader) so I only liked this little gem. It was sprayed in a one-off colour of metallic slate grey I think, that was custom enough for me. It was the largest framed 125 on the road at the time too.

The CB and 2nd generation CD models were interchangeable with the CM. I was always nicking bits off my mates' bikes for mine when I couldn't afford parts. I was always fixing it with my mates. It all seemed so simple.

The worst thing I did was put on a CD rear wheel sprocket, it made it so slow uphill!

Thought I'd leave a treasured memory behind for my 1st bike.

Cheap reliable second hand learner with a little style at the time.
Couldn't go fast on it.
