Supplied as warranty replacement by John Lewis after Sony developed intermittent fault when 4 years old. New 5 year guarantee supplied. Excellent picture; 2 HDMI sockets, 3 scarts, also S-video and PC inputs.

Pros:

Very good picture except for note below.

Cons:

Uses fair amount of power, even on stand-by, displays horizontally scrolling captions quite poorly..
