Hmmm, looked like a good price for the speck at the time. was a toss up between a toshiba and this one the toshiba being £150 more expensive. Then the couple next to me produced a voucher for another £50 of the Packard bell. SOLD. since then it's been no end of trouble with three returns (back to denmark or wherever it goes) resulting in a complete rebuild (within the 12 month) then it started crashing. but it was outside the 12 months so I had to purchase the installatiopn software from foreign climbs again, £42 for which turned out to be only a years support with the software. now the software help has run out and the cd drive no longer works and it is still crashing!!!! Has a similar run of affairs with my desktop pc but being able to rebuild these sorted all the problems out myself. I should have learned my lesson. Will never buy another packard bell whatever the deal
