I owned a 3.0 sve 605 for about 8 years and it had every concievable gadget fitted to it and was super smooth and comfy... when it was working After about the first 6 months the autobox packed in this was an absolute epic of a job to replace it and expensive too. Then the climate control system cost me a fortune to fix and was a dash out job(another epic job) as well followed closely by the aircon packing in. Then the abs pump packed in after that and duly fixed that. I done all the work myself saving a ton of money but it still wasnt a cheap car to run parts wise. After the intial onslaught of problems in the first 2 years it was actually quite reliable for the last 6 years of running and sold the car with everything still working at about 150k. Unusual and rare car in the uk and got quite a few looks in it's day as to people wondering what it was. I Think these cars are worth peanuts now and would make a good second hand buy as long as your not worried by resale values.
