I completely agree with the previous reviewer. The machine is complicated, unreliable, the print head keeps blocking. It is slow and gobbles up cartridges, which is amazing as I can rarely be bothered to try and use it. When I return from my holiday, I am going to dump this pile of rubbish and buy another printer. I will make sure I read customers' reviews first.
What a load of junk. Had it for less than one year. Head already gone with very little use. The print head is in the machine so if that goes you need to replace the whole machine. Epson will do anything to avoid honouring their guarantee too - beware. I have had Epson printers in the past always had problems (expensive ink cartridges, which cannot be refilled for example). I thought I would give them another chance. Never again. My advice is AVOID EPSON PRODUCTS.
