Had a 1990 TXI almost from new (since 1993) still runs like a dream, especially good in straight lines, wallows a bit around town but for comfort, reliability and style just a classic. I told a French taxi driver I had one and I might sell it, he just said DON'T sell it. So I won't.
the best car we had. we even name her. she was a part of the famley. we now a vaxhall carlton its shit. give me back the renaut25. if your got r25 think your got one of the best cars out.
There Will Not Be Any cars Produced Similar to this car,There is No other car that can crash into a Van 180Km/h and still be a Car,The Doors Didn't reflect to the accident,Only The Motor was Replaced and the first 20 inches of the Chasis were repaired. I Love this Car Though it Made Me suffer After the Accident because of the lack of Spare Parts...but this is only here in Egypt,By the way,I Owned Three R25....I LOVE u SOOOOOOO MUCH R25.
I have had two GTX and now a TXE Auto Executive. The 25 is by far the best buy for it's money. Why don't we have cars that look like an executive any more. This car looks the business. Any readers may be interested to join the Renault Owners' Club where you will find like minded people.

I foolishly sold my 1986 25 GTX as a trade in for a Golf GTi. I still dream about it. I am currently looking for another one. Class on wheels, better to look at than a Ferrari, more comfortable to sit on than my wife. A big mistake selling it. Please Renault -bring it back ... just for while. The best car Renault ever made.
I OWN A 1988 R25 GTX. I NEED TO DO SOME TOUCH-UP WORK BUT I DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHERE TO LOOK IN ORDER DO FIND THE PAINT CODE. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE TO LOOK, OR WHAT CODE TO LOOK FOR. I THINK MOST RENAULT25 PRODUCED DURING THAT TIME WERE KIND OF AN OFF-GRAY IN COLOR. IF ANYONE CAN HELP I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL
