This was a nutter bike. It led to all of my speeding fines.

Weighing in just a bit more than a moped it had enough power to take you to nearly 100mph. Very easy to get the front wheel in the air - like a wasp on acid. Left the police standing in one chase (6 points).

Renowned for having very little in the way of frame (everything was attached to everything else) made this a small but fast bike. Very scary to ride if the suspension was a little worn but imense fun.

Setting the timing was critical for peak performance but was the first bit to get damaged in a spill. Coffin shaped tank was apt. One of the first small bikes to have a disk brake.

Sadly very few around now as most ended up wrapped around lamp posts. Only the RD400/350lc could better it in entertainment. I miss the crazy animal.
