having bought a tiny computer (powerlite ms 3.4) around august last year, i have experienced nothing but problems. i would like to bring these issues into the public domain. in order to stop anyone else from giving there hard earned cash to this bunch of cowboys.
there are a few so i will list them as follows

1. i was told by tiny it would take aprox 10-14 days to be delivered (this was good as i was due to be out of the country in six weeks, and i would be-able to take it with me on my four months away). however!!!. the machine took around seven weeks to be delivered (and it was delivered to the wrong adress). so i missed out on my computer until december.

2. my "new" laptop soon developed problems. the display was faulty(millions of what could only be described as "snow" would appear on the screen after around 10-15 minutes of use). i phoned the tech line (charged at £1.00 a min), only to have a computer "expert" (i use the term "expert" with a smile on my face!) waste around thirty minuites of my time. i finaly managed to convince him that it was a hardware problem and that it would have to be returned.

result?.... a £32.00 phone call and having to pay £35.00 in carrige costs.

3. whilst my laptop was under repair i receved a phonecall
from Tiny saying that "it was a Motherboard problem, and they could not replace it". therefore i would have to have a diffrent model. the two models offerd to my where the same price as my old one, but to a lesser spec (a 0.4 drop in processor speed). i chose to have powerlite G920.

4. my new laptop duly arrived, and to my delight worked!!!!!. well for a month anyway. now the Matishitu(or is that MatuS>>>u???) DVD drive no longer work's at all.

this leads me up to today. i can either phone the premium rate number and pay for the carrige cost's again.
or i will consider Legal action against tiny for selling me faulty goods.

well i can tell you, the letter is in the post!!.

all i can say is that, TINY offer good cheap computers that look good on paper, but they soon make that money back on the premium number thats for sure.

think twice before you buy a TINY computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
