Having purchased a at home extended warrenty repair service I have found that it isn't worth the paper it is wrtten on. The service either doe's not exist or Mesh or unwilling to provide it. My tower has been back to them three times and they say there is nothing wrong with it. It still doesn't work properly. After a year of haggling with them and multiple phone calls, which has invoved a lot of my time and money, I am loosing my patients with them. I appriciate that they are a large company and may have many calls to deal with, but why cut me off and take my money to provide a service they don't provide and provide me with sub standard equipment which they can not repair. Just replace my tower with a functioning unit please and put this one on the scap heap if you can not repair it. Your a large company, surely you can afford to scap £600 and save yourselves some grief.
The screen is good and clear and stands solid and firm.
