The "Poor Relation" to the PRST-1 this is the one for all you skint XC'ers (Like Me). Got mine fitted with Magura Julie Discs with a huge 8inch rotor up front for an extra £100. The bike has been a pleasure to own and run. Once I got the correct set-up manual from my local dealer and set up the shocks properly it was even better. It climbs brilliantly (I'm told, equally as well as it's more expensive brother)gaining traction where others are jumping off to push, and comes down like a dream too. The bike just seems to instill a confidence which I've not had before. It must be said, this has lead to cases of more confidence than skill on the odd occasion! I've had to spend nothing other than £50 on a rear shock service which resulted in the bike being off the trails for a week, but I'm told thats about average for most shocks. It's also a great talking point when out on the trails, the unusual suspension design even gaining admiration from those walker types ;o)
