The build is obviously top of range in that everything seems nicely finished. We found the L shaped lounge area gave us a sense of space and the full bathroom at the back is just wonderful. Shower cubicle and door is rounded giving extra room. Only criticism is lack of worktop space - there is a very small pull out worktop.
