I have had 3 mamas and papas prams now ranging from a 3in1, 2in1 and a pilko. I have found all of these prams to be fantastic, you definatly get what you pay for. I am moving to Australia soon and will be having my 3in1 shipped out specially ready for when i have my next baby in Aus as i have found it to be an excellent pram, my daughter stayed in the carrycot till she was 9 months old as she found it so comfy. I have the MPX chasis and have found it so easy to push you don't have to put any effort in to it. I would say if you really wanted to spoil your baby but one of these prams, there well worth it!
I got this from a friend who only used the carrycot and changed to a pliko and at the time I wondered why!! I now know!!.Its a gorgeous pram which you can change the seat unit and make into a pushchair using the same hood(so you have to store the carrycot) you can get 2 in 1s which are jst the seat not the carrycot. I loved it as a pram and felt like a real 'mummy' pushing my baby in the pram-but now she is 6 months i find it bulky and use it only for walking locally and have a maclaren quest stroller for in the car.Although its good if you buy the carseat as this clips on to the chassis also. Also you can now get a NAVETTA carrycot which is a carseat also but lies flat.(although it takes the whole backseat up!!-so only get if you have one child or a people carrier!)If you can afford it get one of these and a smaller one for the car/bus.Although you cant beat it for feeling nice pushing it.Im not traditional but It felt 'right' using a pram.I got one in trendy fabric-they do 'burnerry type fabric and jeans so very trend concious peeps will olike it too!!
Owned for 6 months.
