Kotobuki Grand Prix is another Midas budget release. It is similar in many ways to Sony's Speed Freaks - cartoon-style arcade racing with power-ups and wacky characters.
It is a flawed title with very poor collisions and low-fi graphics, but with a Story Mode and Two-Player split-screen it should hold your attention for a fair while.
