Had a ducati 748r before, so initial grunt felt weak below 6000 rpm. But golly after that all hell breaks loose. It feels so light and just go's round corners with ease, and dare I say it, it handles better than my old ducati. It feels so easy to ride, and I can't wait to overtake bigger bikes on the corners. I'm planning to put it on the track eventually should be awesome. My friend Mike rides a scooter (gay), and he loves it too "nice and hardcore" he says.
i´ve owned this bike for 2 months, i had a 2000 model R6 prior, this beats it hands down, so smooth on accel, the gearbox is so precise and i´ve left other, larger sports bikes behind on the bends ... i´m 6ft and its just bareable on longer journeys .. definately not a pillion bike ! just waiting for the hop-up accessory companies to catch up now so i can begin to fiddle .. i´ve just found a new exhaust for it .. as its the new under the seat jobby .. there aint many available yet ! ... ride it like u stole it !!!!!
