My previous bike was burnt up in a fire and as a stop gap I bought this at a second hand store. Now? I wouldn't part with it. It is sturdy, comfortable and reliable. If you want an all round good bike with potential for some difficult terrain as well - this is the bike for you.
I have been riding this bike for about 4 yrs now and I love it. It has proved itself no end of times where I would have been off on other bikes. Compared to very recent bikes, it is a bit heavy (it was one of the earlier full bounce on the market) but I was so pleased with it that I also bought a Gary Fisher Mamba for on road use (hardtail). Again, a very good product. I only have to replace the gearing and brakes on both bikes and service them, nothing else has gone wrong. All in all, I can recomend Gary Fisher bikes.
