the sony cmdz5 may look good and respond good but since i bought the phone in september 2001 it worked perfectly, but after 1 year of it being on contract the earpiece didnt work well as you could bearly hear anything through it. I told phones4u (where i bought it from) and they said that they will send it out to be repaired, and it should take about a week to be fixed. a week went on but no reply so i rang them and they said give it another week but i had no answer so i went to the shop but they said its waiting for a part so wait another week but still no reply. its been over 15 weeks now and when i rang phones4u about a week ago they said they will have a new phone for me within the week (a sony z7) i went to the shop this week only to be told that they have no idea where my phone is so i should ring back within the week. but i dont think so as they have still been charging me for the line rental for 15 weeks ive decided to take it further and now im looking into it, what i can do.So if you are going to buy a phone then i suggest dont go to phones4u unless you no your phone isn't going to break.
