The intial cost was £70, but for a set of new catridges it is £108. You do get very nice quality pictures and no jamming on the feed (like my previous one). The inks need to replces far too often, and often appear to still have ink left. And you have to have all inks working for it to print, so even if the cyan is gone you can't get black and white quality. (Why?) Maintainance is slow and customner service -down right rude actually. A good solid machine, with excellent colour rendering. Individual 4 colour cartridges are economical, but need to be sought out - usually available from chain office suppliers/wholesalers. Paper and envelope feed easy and generally reliable. Better than others I have used

Its tempremental have now managed to find places to replace all the inks for 15 quid not bad but sadly it is now being replaced and given to my daughter but the one thing it has taught me is to go for the individual colours
