Wheel base fold down to fit even small cars like my Corsa. However attaching the seat makes the unit very heavy and cumbersome to lift in and out of a car - better to remove first - something to bear in mind for any mothers who have had cesarean deliveries. Unfortunately the seat doesnt really fold down as flat I would ahve liked my baby to lie. My baby outgre her car seat at 4.5 months too and carseat also quite heavy even more so with a baby inside. However fantastic concept of being able to take baby out of car (in carseat) without waking him/her up. Hood on pushchair seat very generous too. I dont actually use my Loola anymore as Grandma has it but for the money I would recommend it. SHop around for your accessories too as they are in my opinion very expensive for what you get ie parasol, carseat raincover etc.,
