I bought my cr 125 of a mate for £2500 cos he only used it twice but i think there amazing well the top end isn't nothing spectacular but the acceleration is brill i mean you wind the throttle and your straight up on the back wheel there great to ride a bit crazy in the wet all they do is spin if you,ve got a heavy hand on the throttle like me. Overall i think there class bikes i've got one i think there great quick pick up they wheelie like a dream and just fun to ride. Oh yea and one thing don't get one if your short you wont touch but honda do a cr 80 with mini wheeles so i'd get that if i was short cos there amazingly quick to say there an 80cc there easily hammer any 125 on pick up. Anyway basically if you ain't got a cr of any sort you don't know what your missing.

I just got a 1997 CR125R. I paid $1,450 for it. The frame needs to be repainted, and the hole bike has to be ran though to make sure its all tight. The engine is bored to a 150cc, so it has balls. I don't see any blue smoke when its run'n, and it starts on the first kick. If u ask me, I should have paid like $2,000 for it. The first day I road it I "ate the dirt/ Bit the dust..." But I got up and kept riding. A twist throtal is much different than an ATV thumb throtal... lol. A twist throtal takes some time to get use to. My CR does wheelies like a dream and has lots of "woobaah!" I am happy with my CR and my 400ex. They are both fast and reliable.

I own a 2002 CR 125R and its my second honda...the first being a 1997. I think Honda is the biggest name is engine design and build. You can't go wrong with a Honda. If your not gonna ride red then why bother riding!!!! lol.
