This bike offers a superb introduction to the fun of motorcycling. The often mentioned engine problem associated with water and "mud" spraying on to the engine was economically solved by making a mudguard extension from a white plastic bucket! Look under the headstock, and you will find the two threaded fixing holes are already in place to attach a mounting bracket! My dad made and fitted this in less than half an hour, and it looks like a genuine Yamaha factory accessory! Furthermore, if you require more power, engine tuners can enlarge the induction / exhaust ports.

used to have one about seven years ago. (im now 17). theyre well fast for a little 80.easy to ride and maintain. only complaints are the spark plug location (behind front wheel equals lots of water and shit on plug cuts engine out) also dont try jumping on them as i bent the two upper arms right out. and a new one wasn't cheap! overall a little beauty of an 80 for kids to learn to ride on.
