Probably the largest cockpit I have seen on a boat under 60ft and handles under sail far better than any other motor sailer that i've sailed. extreemly safe, ( I have a 6 month old, a 18 month old, & a 7 year old, and I keep mine in Levkas, and having been caught out several times in fairly rough conditions, I was never once concerned for their comfort, let alone safty). Unfortunatly due to comitments she is coming home this winter after 15 years in the sun, and probably after a season or two I shall be hanging up my water wings.

The Victor 34 is a extreemly safe and capable motor sailor, with a cockpit more befitting a 50'-60' yacht, with loads of space for the kid's to play in total safty. We have owned a Colvic Victor for over 7 years, 5 of which were spent in the Ionian, (where both my youngest were concieved). We brought her back to the UK 2 years ago and she more than proved herself in force 10 blows. Every plus has a minus and the Victors is a quite high deck saloon, wich is a little difficult to see over for the wife, however with the saloon door open ahead is plainly vizable thru the large 270deg windscreens, also one can step from side to side occasionaly. I personaly prefer it as when it's blowing I can duck down and the spray dissapears over the top (that's when I couldn't be bothered to go down below to the secondary helm, or use rhe auto pilot.
