Excellent first time computer. I bought mine from cash converters for £179 and this is a great computer mine is a intel celeron 300mhz that has been refurbished by compaq and is nearly brand new inthe month i've owned it its never crashed!!!!

I just bought the Compaq 6470NX 2.66 P4 and it's amazing. I never had a problem with Compaq so I keep buying them. This one is the best yet ! Don't listen to the idiot geeks who say Compaq is terrible. They thisk if you have a Compaq you're not cool... I believe in results, and my results have always been great... The onlything Compaq could have done better is put in a better sound card but that was easily and cheaply remedied.
